Summer Camp Director
We are looking for a Camp Director for our Summer Camps to supervise our camp counselors and make operations happen seamlessly. What do Camp Directors do? The most important out of all Camp Director duties is to ensure camp staff are working effectively, and that all campers are safe at all times. The job duties of a Camp Director include supervising camp staff, scheduling substitutes when a staffer is unavailable, ensuring that the staff is operating effectively, that the campers are happy, and that the site is cleaned up each day. Being good at resolving interpersonal conflicts and able to build good relationships with adults, teens, and children are two essential traits of a Camp Director. You need to have knowledge around helping children to resolve differences and how to motivate staff. If you’re experienced teaching elementary school children and have good relationships with your coworkers, we’d like to meet you.
